There were 2.90 people per household and 3.25 people per family on average. The median income for a household in the city was $115,069, and for a family, it was $132,534, per the 2014 American Community Survey. The median pay for full-time male employees was $98,892 compared to $60,053 for female employees. In the city, the per capita income was $48,653. 13.5% of people under the age of 18 and 5.5% of people over the age of 65 lived in poverty, which represented 6.4% of families and 9.9% of the population overall.
