To deter criminals and reassure clients, our teams conduct regular visible foot patrols using completely undetermined patterns. This prevents anyone from learning patrol routes. We push our personnel to work with employees and patrons onsite whenever they are working a post.
Verbal Judo and Descalation
Our management team, with 30 combined years of law enforcement and security experience, understands that crime prevention can be accomplished by using tactical strategies, rather than accusations or blunt force used by competitors. Our staff use deescalation tactics as “verbal judo,” which is commonplace in our organization and very effective at defusing volatile situations before they escalate.
Security Guards Who Look The Part
Deterring criminals begins when they first see our guards. That’s why our personnel wear instantly recognizable security uniforms similar to what police officers wear.
Our general corporate orders require that all personnel keep their uniforms clean and pressed at all times. Shoes must be polished and our officers must maintain a clean-shaven haircut. The same standard is adhered to by our female officers.
